SEAFOOD FETTUCINI 
1 lb. imitation crab meat, shredded
2 tbsp. butter
1 or 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. skim milk
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, coarsely grated
Linguini, Fettucini or spaghetti, 4 servings
Optional: assorted vegetables, cut into small pieces; broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, etc.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, brown garlic in butter in skillet. Saute vegetables if desired. Dissolve flour in milk. Gradually add milk to pan and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add crab and continue to stir 2 or 3 more minutes. Add pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pour over cooked pasta. Makes 4 servings.
