SEAFOOD FETTUCINI | |
1/2 c. butter 1 garlic clove, minced 8 oz. shrimp, scallops or fresh crab, cooked 3/4 c. whipping cream 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. ground pepper 12 oz. fettucini, cooked and drained 1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute. Stir in cooked shrimp, scallops and crab, cream, Parmesan, pepper and salt. Stir until well blended. Pour seafood mixture over cooked pasta in large bowl and toss. Sprinkle with parsley. |
