SNICKER CAKE 
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped

Mix cake according to directions. Pour 1/2 the batter into prepared pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 10 minutes. Melt caramels, butter, and milk and spread over baked 1/2 of cake. Sprinkle chips and nuts over caramel and top with other half of cake batter. Bake 20 minutes at 250 degrees, then 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until done.

FROSTING:

2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. powdered sugar

Melt together.
