SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
1 egg
1 c sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 pie shells
1 can Comstock apple slices, drained

Mix all together at one time, then put in apples pour into shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter

Crumble together and put on top of pies double for 2 pies. Put on pie. Bake for 10 minutes.
