SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg, unbeaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. apples, diced

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, softened

Sift together the flour, salt, sugar and nutmeg. Combine the egg, sour cream and vanilla, beat until smooth. Add the sour cream mixture to the dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Stir in apples. Bake in 9 inch pie pan at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes. Combine topping ingredients and cut in butter. Sprinkle over just baked pie and bake for 10 minutes more at 400 degrees.
