SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
CRUST:

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 lb. butter
Apple cider/water to bind

Prepare crust, roll and place in 10 inch pie pan (conventional crust can also be substituted).

FILLING:

6-10 apples
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. flour
1 2/3 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together - fill shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Then for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir filling.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 lb. butter
1/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 c. chopped walnuts

Blend all ingredients and crumble over the top of the pie. Bake for an additional 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Do not reheat. Enjoy!
