SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. apples, peeled and sliced
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

TOPPING:

2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together the first 8 ingredients and place in pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes more. Remove pie from oven. Mix together the topping ingredients and sprinkle over pie. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Delicious when served warm with vanilla ice cream.
