APPLE SOUR CREAM PIE 
2 c. chopped apples
2 tbsp. flour
1 beaten egg
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, flour, cream, egg, vanilla and salt; beat well. Add apples; pour into 9 inch pastry lined pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes more.

Meanwhile, mix 1/3 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter. Spread this on pie and bake another 20 minutes at 375 degrees; total baking time 65 minutes.
