WESTERN PORK CHOPS 
2 tbsp. butter
4 pork chops
1 pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. Karo (light or dark)
3/4 tsp. chili powder

Melt butter in skillet. Add chops, cook until browned on both sides, about 10 minutes. Add onions and pepper, saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients to the skillet with chops. Simmer 30 minutes, or until tender.
