4 potatoes 1 lb. hamburg Flour 2 onions, sliced Salt and pepper Water Peel and slice potatoes. Form hamburg into patties. In large saucepan arrange food in layers: 1 layer potatoes, 1 layer onions, sprinkle on flour. Then layer of hamburg patties, salt and pepper, potatoes, onions, flour and layer of hamburg patties on top. Add water. Cover and cook 20-30 minutes over low heat. Check occasionally, and add water if mixture is too dry. |
