HONEY GLAZED TURKEY WINGS 
4 whole turkey wings
vegetable oil
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ginger
4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. parsley

Rinse wings, pat dry with paper towel. Cut wings into 2 pieces. Brush wings with oil. If cooking outdoors, place wings over slow coals, for indoor cooking, use low heat. Both methods, cook wings 25 minutes, turn and cook additional 25 minutes. Meanwhile, combine honey, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, sauce and parsley. Test wings for doneness, cooking longer if necessary. When wings are done, brush wings with honey. Glaze and cook 1 to 5 minutes longer, or until wings are well browned.
