CARRIBBEAN TURKEY WINGS 
1 pkg. turkey wings
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 scallions, chopped
4 garlic cloves crushed
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients except wing portions in food processor or blender. Mix until well blended. Pour mixture over wings and marinate in refrigerator for one hour. Bake in 375 degree oven. Basting occasionally. Turning once until browned about one hour or until wings are well done and not pink on inside.

This is the best sauce! It works well over chicken. I have also made the sauce and put it over frozen meatballs in the crockpot. I often puree some pineapple in place of some of the juice to give a thicker sauce. I also have subbed yellow onions instead of scallions. The allspice lends a delightful flavor to this sweet-and-sour flavored sauce.
