1 dozen eggs
1 lb. box powdered sugar
Pinch of salt
A little vanilla
Whiskey or rum
HOT milk
Nutmeg

Separate eggs. Beat yolks. Add powdered sugar a little at a time until very thick, add vanilla and salt. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Into a cup, pour in 1 jigger or rum or whiskey. Add 2 heaping tablespoons of egg mixture, full with HOT milk. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
