TOM & JERRY BATTER 
6 eggs
1 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar

Separate eggs, bat whites until very stiff. Add 3/4 pound powdered sugar gradually. Now beat yolks until thick and lemon color. Then add gradually 3/4 pound powdered sugar. Fold in whites into yolk mixture.

Makes a lot. Recipe can be cut in half.

FOR DRINK:

1 heaping tbsp. batter
1 jigger brandy or bourbon

Fill remainder of cup with hot milk. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
