WEIGHT WATCHERS PUMPKIN MUFFINS | |
1 c. pumpkin 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. dry milk 6 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 5 packs Equal 1/2 c. grated carrots 4 tbsp. raisins Mix together pumpkin, eggs and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Pour directly into muffin pans. Do not use paper cups. Spray muffin pans with Pam before adding batter. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until done. Servings 12 Nutrition information (per serving) 84 calories from fat, 2.9g total fat, 42.2mg cholesterol, 341.3mg sodium, 193.9mg potassium, 11.3g carbohydrates, 1.1g fiber, 6.1g sugar, 3.7g protein. |
