CORN FRITTERS 
6 fresh ears of corn, grated (or 1 can cream style corn)
3 eggs
1 scant c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Beat egg yolks. Add corn, flour and seasonings. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, then baking powder. Drop in deep hot grease. Serves 6.
