SUGAR FREE APPLE CINNAMON
CRUMBLE
 
6 apples, cored, pared and sliced
6 tbsp. all purpose flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
6 packets low-cal sweetened (Equal)

Arrange apple in non-stick baking dish. Fork blend remaining ingredients (except sweetened) until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake uncovered in preheated 375 degree oven until lightly browned.

Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes, then sprinkle with sweetened. Makes 6 servings, 140 calories each.
