1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup cold water

Sift together in 8x8-inch pan flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cocoa. Make 3 holes in the dry mixture and add oil, vinegar and vanilla. Pour water over this and mix well.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
