3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
1 c. oil
2 c. water

Sift dry ingredients together. Then add vinegar, vanilla, oil and water. Beat until well blended. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool and ice. Do not grease pan.
