3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
10 tbsp. oil
2 c. water

Cake is mixed right in baking pan.

In a 13 x 9 pan, combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cocoa. Make three wells. In one well put vinegar. In other well put vanilla. In third well put oil. Pour water over all and stir until blended.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. When cool, frost with Peanut Butter Icing or your favorite frosting.

Peanut Butter Icing: Combine 1 stick butter and 1 cup peanut butter. Add enough confectioners sugar until smooth frosting is spreadable.
