ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 pkgs. French vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
12 oz. whipped cream (Cool Whip)
1 lb. graham crackers (don't use that much)

Mix pudding and milk and add whipping cream.

In 9 x 15 inch pan line with whole graham crackers. Spread 1/2 of pudding mix. Add another layer of crackers and spread remaining pudding and add another layer of crackers and frost with chocolate topping. Refrigerate overnight (but not necessary if cooled).

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

1/3 c. chocolate chips
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Melt chips with butter and add syrup and vanilla, sugar and milk and stir. No cooking.
