CRAZY CRUNCH 
2 qt. popped corn or 2 bags microwave corn
1 1/3 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. clear corn syrup
1 c. (2 sticks) real butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl, mix popped corn and nuts. Combine sugar, butter and syrup in heavy pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly. Continue boiling for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until mixture turns a light caramel color and spins a thread. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Pour over popped corn and nuts. Spread on waxed paper to dry. Break into pieces and store in a tightly covered container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
