POULTRY SAUSAGE PATTIES | |
3 tbsp. sweet unsalted butter 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, coarsely ground 1 c. fresh bread crumbs 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning 2 tsp. ground sage 1 tsp. basil leaves 1/2 tsp. fennel seed 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 3 tbsp. Egg Beaters Melt 2 tablespoons butter; combine with chicken and bread crumbs; set aside. Crush spices together and mix with Egg Beaters; Combine with chicken mixture. Shape into 8 (3") round patties, using about 2 tablespoons of mixture for each patty. Melt remaining butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 3 to 5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned and cooked through. Serve hot. Makes 8 patties. |
