CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, cut fine
1 c. celery, diced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. raw rice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Chow mein noodles for the top

Brown hamburger and onion. Mix together with remainder of ingredients except the chow mein noodles. Bake in 2 1/2 quart casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Top with chow mein noodles. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
