COMPANY (CROCK - POT) CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. raw rice
1/2 c. melted butter
2 1/2 or 3 c. chicken broth
3 or 4 c. cooked chicken (cut up)
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen shelled shrimp
8 green onions, chopped

Mix rice with melted butter in a 4-quart crock-pot. Stir to coat rice thoroughly. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours (high 2-3 hours).
