1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk or water
2 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees. Grease and flour square pan. Blend all ingredients on low 1/2 minute. Beat 4 minutes at medium. Pour in pan. Bake 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle with topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 shake cinnamon
1/2 stick butter

Mix well to make crumbs.
