PORK CHOP 'N POTATO BAKE 
6-8 pork chops, trim off fat
Season salt
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, about 4 oz. pkg.
1 sm. can French fried onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pork chops in 13x9 glass pan with tenderizer and garlic salt about 2/3 of the way. Remove form dish. Pour off excess fat.

Mix season salt, milk, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 onions, and soup thoroughly. Mix in potatoes; pour into glass dish. Put pork chops on top; cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes, then add remaining cheese and onions. Brown for about 5minutes longer. Easy and very good.
