DEEP FRIED ONION RINGS 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. ice water
1 egg yolk
Some dry flour in Baggie

Mix together and put in blender or food processor until smooth.

Put in Baggie with dry flour. Dip into bowl of tempura (egg mixture). Let excess drop off. With tongs take dipped sliced in hot fat until brown and crisp. Turn rings over to brown sides. Drain on paper towels and serve. Serves 3-4.
