DEEP FRIED ONION RINGS 
6 med. Bermuda onions
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. + 2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Peel and cut onions into 1/4 inch slices. Separate into rings.

Blend rest of ingredients just until moistened.

Heat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees. Using a fork, dip onion rings in batter - let excess batter drip back into bowl. Drain on paper toweling. Can keep rings warm in oven 250 degrees. Freeze leftover onion rings.
