SAUTEED CHICKEN 
3 to 4 chicken breasts, boned & sliced
3 green peppers, sliced lengthwise
3 med. onions, sliced lengthwise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms, sliced
3 to 4 salad tomatoes, sliced lengthwise
1 pkg. frozen snow peas (if fresh, add before mushrooms)

Have all items chopped BEFORE starting to cook. Saute in oil in a large Dutch oven (or preferably in a wok), adding each item in order. Don't overcook vegetables! Should be just tender-crisp. Serve over rice with soy sauce.
