CRUNCHY CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 med. head, cauliflower, break into sm. pieces
1 sm. bunch broccoli, break into flowerets
1 c. radishes, sliced
1/2 c. green onion, sliced
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c. sour cream, commercial
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 (0.37 oz.) pkg. buttermilk salad dressing mix

In a medium mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, brococli, radishes, onion and chestnuts. Toss gently to mix. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Stir well. Spoon into serving bowl. Cover and chill well before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
