BANANA NUT BREAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. granulated sugar 1 c. mashed ripe bananas, about 3 2 eggs 2 c. Bisquick 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 c. chopped nuts, pecans or English walnuts Cream together cream cheese and sugar until light; blend in banana and egg until creamy. Stir in Bisquick, nutmeg and nuts just until moistened. Do not over mix. Put into greased 9 x 5 x 3 pan or 4 small pans. Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes or 30 minutes for small pans. Cool in pan 10 minutes and remove from pan. |
