STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 lg. mushrooms, stems removed (insides taken out)
12 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/4 lb. scallops, cut up in sm. pieces
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
6 finely chopped mushroom stems
Sprinkle of salt, pepper, garlic powder
Add a little water to moisten

Mix all ingredients together. Stuff mushroom caps. Top with small piece of raw bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
