STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
6 lg. mushrooms
3 oz. shrimp
3 oz. crab meat
3 oz. scallops
1 oz. cooked onions
1 oz. cooked green peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1 oz. bread crumbs

Clean mushroom caps and set aside. Mix stuffing. Cook for 15 minutes in a flat pan on low heat. Stuff mushrooms. Put in oven at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Add 2 ounces butter and 1 once dry sherry over each mushroom. Cook for 5 minutes more. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over mushrooms and serve.
