DAN McCLUSKY'S STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
3 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 box Ritz crackers, finely crushed
2 c. shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 1/3 c. Parmesan, grated
2 1/4 sticks butter, melted
2 tbsp. dried chives
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt

Pull stems off mushrooms and discard. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp towel and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Stuff each mushroom cap with shrimp mixture and set on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 - 10 minutes.
