QUICK MANICOTTI 
1 pkg. manicotti shells
1/4 tsp. powdered garlic
1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook shells according to directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Brown the ground beef and drain well. Add garlic, cottage cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, salt and mayonnaise. Stir well. Stuff manicotti shells with meat mixture.

Arrange shells in 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Cover with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle on 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and bake 10 more minutes.
