POTATOES 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes, frozen
3 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
Diced onion
Paprika
Grated cheese

Heat together Philadelphia cheese, soup, and milk. Add diced onion to potatoes and pour soup mixture over potatoes; mix well. Sprinkle paprika and grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
