FETTUCCINE ALFREDO | |
1 lb. fettucini 1 c. heavy cream 6 tbsp. sweet butter Salt & freshly ground pepper 4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Cook the fettucini in boiling water for about 7 minutes. While the fettucini is cooking, heat the cream, butter, salt and pepper in a large pan over low heat. Drain the noodles and then add them to the sauce in the pan. Sprinkle with grated cheese and toss quickly to coat all the noodles. Serve immediately with additional grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Serves 6. |
