1 lb. Neese's hot sausage
1 onion, chopped

Crumble sausage into pan, add onion and brown; drain.

1 pkg. chopped broccoli, partially cooked & drained
4 eggs, beaten
1 pt. Half & Half
8 oz. Swiss cheese

Mix eggs with Half & Half. Stir in cheese.

Stir all ingredients together and pour into 2 deep dish pie crusts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
