DRUNKEN ROAST | |
Chuck roast 1 bottle catsup 1 onion, sliced 1 can beer Brown chuck roast on both sides. Pour 1 bottle of catsup over roast. Slice one onion over roast in pot. Pour 1 can of beer over roast. Bring to a boil. Cook in a covered pot for 1 1/2 hours on slow fire. To thicken gravy, leave pot uncovered. Serves 6-8. |
