SIMPLE SYKIAKI 
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. sirloin tip, sliced thin cross grain
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. water
2 bunches green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 lg. can fancy Chinese vegetables and bean sprouts, drained
1 can undrained sliced mushrooms

Heat oil in wok set at 375 degrees. Brown sirloin 2-3 minutes. Combine flour, sugar, soy sauce, and water. Pour over beef and push to one side. Add green onions and fancy vegetables. Toss two minutes, add mushrooms. Stir all together. Serve over fluffy rice.
