HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes or potatoes O'Brien, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. grated cheese (reserve some for top)
Crushed Corn Flakes
Melted butter

Mix first 5 ingredients together and place in casserole. Cover with corn flakes that have been coated with melted butter and reserve cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
