CHEESY HASH BROWNS | |
2 (2 lb.) bags frozen browns, thawed and parted - salt and pepper to taste 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2/3 c. milk 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into buttered 13 x 9 inch casserole dish. Top with following: 2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/4 c. melted butter this can be halved and baked in two casseroles, can be frozen. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for one hour. |
