UNLEAVENED BREAD | |
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour 1/4 c. unbleached flour 5/8 c. (5 oz.) lukewarm water Mix and form a dough. Dough will be stiff so don't use too much flour on the board. Knead dough about 6 minutes. Form into a ball and cover with a damp cloth from getting a dry crust. Let stand 5 minutes. Roll 1/4 inch thick, cut with a glass and put on a cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for 16-17 minutes. Don't over bake. Store in refrigerator. |
