RAINBOW CANDY 
8 pkg. unflavored gelatin
16 oz. any fruit flavor sugar-free pop
3 tbsp. liquid sweetener
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. fruit flavoring
coloring (if desired)

Pour 8 ounces of pop in pan and sprinkle one package gelatin at a time until absorbed. Add rest of pop gradually. Stir and let set until gel is completely softened. Place pan on low heat and stir until all is dissolved. Remove from heat and add sweetener, flavoring and coloring. Pour in jelly roll pan 10 x 15-inches. Set in refrigerator 30 minutes covered. Will be very firm. Cut in desired shapes. Will keep in refrigerator one week.
