HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
3 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
Hot buttered noodles

Brown ground beef with bacon. Add onion. Cook until tender but not brown. Drain off the excess fat. Add seasonings to meat mixture. stir in soup. Cook slowly, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in sour cream and heat through - DO NOT boil. Serve over hot buttered noodles. Makes 4-6 servings.
