STUFFED PEPPERS 
7 lg. peppers
1/2 lb. ground ham or beef
1/2 c. corn
1/2 c. tomatoes or tomato soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg
2 tbsp. cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Split 6 peppers in half and place in shallow greased pan. Slice remaining pepper into strips and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients and stuff sliced peppers. Decorate tops with pepper strips and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1/2 hour.
