1-2 pkgs. boned chicken fillets, skinless
1 pkg. extra crispy Oven Fry for chicken

Cut chicken into nugget-size pieces. Then dip in beaten egg and roll in Oven Fry mix. Place on cookie sheet or shallow pan and bake according to Oven Fry directions, approximately 45 minutes. Turn once. Serve hot.
