1 1/2 c. flour 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 c. butter, softened 1 1/3 c. coconut Mix first 3 ingredients. Blend in flour until a soft dough is formed. Chill if too soft to handle. Shape into balls and roll in coconut. Place on baking sheets. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 3 dozen. |
