GRANDMA'S RELISH 
4 c. ground onions
1 head cabbage (4 c. ground)
4 c. green tomatoes ground
6 red sweet peppers
12 green peppers
1/2 c. salt
6 c. sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 c. vinegar
2 c. water

Grind vegetables using coarse blade. Sprinkle with salt, let stand overnight. Rinse and drain. Combine remaining ingredients to mixture. Heat to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes. Seal in hot pint jars. Makes 8 pints.
